I don’t understand the Website Document you provided with my site can you train me?

Upon completion of your site, the document we provide you is a self-help guide to some of the most frequently requested self-manage items. With that being said, self-help means just that. The document is for you to use and help you figure out how to do specific tasks. The document is not training or an introduction to teaching you how to manage or do particular things on your website.

We can provide additional training or help that walks you through specific self-managed website topics. However, we do charge a “customized training fee.” The training fee also requires a new project scope to be created and evaluate which topics we will be training you on and teaching. **Note we will not teach you how to design or build from scratch. We do offer actual courses on that topic.
