How can I pay and do you take payments?

We DO NOT accept actual “Cash” or mailed checks. All payments are to be made via invoices using either; ITEX/Alamo Barter funds (as outlined in the Payment Method Agreement section), credit card, or bank draft using a checking account. If paying via bank draft, you will need to request a separate invoice that will allow draft payments.

Payments are broken up by phases/deliverables. The initial payment includes; hosting & domain name, 10% total project cost, and an additional $100 retainer fee.

If hosting and domain name are not needed, it will be only $100 + 10% of the total project cost. Initial costs are nonrefundable. This covers the time it takes to secure hosting/ hosting costs and other housekeeping items.

Payments are to be made at the beginning of each phase once the previous phase is completed and approved. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Discovery = Retainer fee + 10% of total project cost and hosting & domain name fees

Architecture = ⅓ of the remaining balance

Design = ⅓ of the remaining balance

Development = ⅓ of the remaining balance Launch = ⅓ of the remaining balance

All transactions are to be done via online invoices using credit cards, ACH Draft, or Alamo Barter/ ITEX payment options. Dual payment options occur when an initial startup cost or costs are associated with 3rd party functionality. Such instances can include but are not limited to the following:

● Plugin Cost – (SEO solutions, shopping cart extension)

● Hosting & Domain name

● Startup costs Payment Options
